Two design companies with seriously different cultures – both in geography and mission - were about to face a transatlantic merger. One company was a successful packaging design firm, the other, a high end branding company that designed everything from logos to jaw dropping interiors. Joining a French company with a Midwestern company was a bold move designed to leverage their complimentary business models.
Brandimage was the new name and image for this joint venture. Working with Marketing Director Julie Anixter, a 3-minute film was created from interviews with CFO Jim to screen to employees at the official launch of the new company. Screened in 7 countries, the film invited the employees to embark on this new journey, conveying the excitement of the CFO, Jim Barrett and the thoughtful insight of CCO, Joel De Grippes.
The catch: We were brought in 3 days before the shoot, had an hour to shoot each of them - and one of them only spoke French. From that one shoot, we spun out this 3 minute film and 8 one minute web videos. You can see them in our New Media section.
